- Provides various payment reports including pay slip.
- Produces control reports, monthly reports, contribution reports, annual and history reports, etc.
- Manages staff loans and advances very easily.
- Provides for creation of any number of staff loans and give them to staff.
- Staff may take any number of loans concurrently depending on the civil service policy.
- Takes care of interest calculations (where applicable) and the periodic repayments. Once a loan is fully repaid by a staff, the system should automatically stop making the repayment deductions.
- Provides for comprehensive repayment reports; it is possible to view the status of each loan for each or all staff on the screen or print a report on them.
- Provides for suspending loan repayments for any staff at any time.
- Allows for staff to repay their outstanding loans in bulk if they so desire.
- Allow for tax matters to be handled according to government guidelines.
- Has various tax reports provided by the system, including the monthly PAYE schedule and annual PAYE table.

1. How do I access Pliny E Financials?
Locate the application icon (bicycle) on the desktop and double-click on it. Click on Login to enter Login ID and password after the application loads.
2. How do I add a New Employee record?
Click on Catalog menu >> staff list >> Add New, then fill the Employee profile form and click on Save. Click Yes to confirm the save operation.
